Sr Executive Assistant, Production (DET)

This role will serve as Sr. Executive Assistant to the Head of Disney Television Production. This includes providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Production, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination across internal and external partners.

This is a high volume and fast-paced desk that works closely with other teams. The ideal candidate will have superior organizational and communication skills; be highly motivated and detail-oriented; and can remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, meeting prep, travel time calculations, and proactive placement of key events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and create detailed itineraries.
  • Handle daily administrative needs such as 5-minute meeting warnings, file and script uploads, submitting expenses, and OneDrive organization.
  • Maintain the executive office: stocking supplies, coordinating with admins for kitchen/supply orders, and ensuring overall readiness every day.
  • Coordinate reservations, lunches, coffees, and on-site support as needed.
  • Track birthdays and manage sourcing/sending of gifts.
  • Partner with other assistants across departments to support alignment and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and operate with high discretion.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1+ years of Executive Assistant experience and 2+ years of production experience
  • Working knowledge of production operations. 
  • Prefer working knowledge of applications such as MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, as well as applications comparable to PIX, Aspera, Cloud and Adobe suite of tools, etc. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects, with excellent follow through.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to interface with internal and external executives and colleagues in a collaborative and problem-solving fashion. 
  • Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels. 
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Burbank, CA


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $65,272 to $87,560 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
