Senior Director Consumer Insights & Analytics As the Sr Director, Consumer Insights & Analytics you’ll be a key architect of growth across our $5B Snacks Division, home to some of the most iconic brands—Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Cap Cod, Kettle, Late July, Snack Factory, Lance, Snyder’s, and Milano. You’ll lead the division in transforming deep human insights into action, driving both category and brand growth, and elevating Insights & Analytics capabilities. You will manage a team of 5 and help drive capabilities through situational leadership and leveraging functional and soft skills. What You’ll Do: • Manage a team of Category Insight Directors and their respective teams, serving as the strategic insights lead for the Crackers category while overseeing insights and analytics across the broader Snacks portfolio. • Distill disparate data and insights into meaningful narratives that influence marketing communications, product innovation, and brand strategy. • Envision, build, and drive integration of best practices as well as core capabilities across the Snacks division in consumer understanding, foresight, and performance analytics. • Collaborate cross-functionally with VP level Marketing, R&D, and Sales, to embed insights into every major initiative. • Build a team culture grounded in curiosity, continuous learning, thought leadership, and mastery of Insights & Analytics skills. • Drive a deep human knowledge of consumers, humanizing data, leveraging behavior science. • Live the Campbells' core values of care, character, creativity, competitiveness, and collaboration. • Execute with excellence by understanding the business, driving insights to action, maximizing vendor partners, and helping steer the enterprise Insights & Analytics team. What You Bring: • Minimum 12 years of experience across Insights and Analytics, strong preference for CPG and Food experience (5+ years at a Director or Sr Director level) • Proven experience managing Senior Insights leaders, preferably across multiple business units. • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership with sharp, strategic insight. • Extensive experience in both Insights (leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies) and Analytics (including POS, panel data, and other secondary data sources). • A mix of rigor and creativity—mastery of research methods paired with the ability to tell compelling stories. • Strategic fluency—the ability to see both the big picture and the human truth behind the numbers. Compensation and Benefits: The arenaflex base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $195,800-$281,500 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
