Retail Administrator, Little Caesars Arena

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Retail Administrator to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Administrator, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Pay

$19.00 - $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Collect, review, and invoice all product receipts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with financial representatives from retail vendors
  • Collect monthly vendor statements and ensure invoices are processed and paid on time
  • Assist with inventory management, including daily and monthly cycle counts
  • Manage, organize, and file daily retail paperwork and documentation
  • Support the Retail team with product deliveries to retail stores and warehouse locations
  • Assist with NetSuite processes such as item creation and report reviews

More about you

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse experience and basic math skills required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Availability during standard business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Frequent bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and ladder use
