Base pay range $65.00/hr - $85.00/hr About the Job Position: Chemistry Professional Type: Independent contractor Compensation: $65–$85/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: 20–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Create and assess complex problems in organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry. • Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and domain relevance. • Provide clear written feedback on chemistry problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions. • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to iterate and improve model performance. • Ensure academic rigor and scientific precision in all chemistry content used to train or evaluate AI systems. Qualifications Must-Have • PhD in Chemistry or a directly related field. • Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe. • Deep subject-matter expertise across core areas of chemistry. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Preferred • Prior teaching, research, or publication experience.
