[Remote] 1099 Senior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer

They are seeking experienced recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments to manage the recruitment cycle with a focus on sourcing high-demand technical and cleared roles using advanced AI-driven techniques. Responsibilities • Own the recruitment cycle with a heavy emphasis on sourcing for high-demand technical and cleared roles using the latest AI and searching techniques • Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies leveraging AI-driven sourcing tools, having experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other cutting-edge platforms • Stay ahead of the curve by applying the latest sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies • Conduct professional candidate outreach, phone screens, and deliver a high-touch recruiting experience • Operate independently while collaborating with Talent Stack’s recruiter network to share best practices • Experience with C2C/Contract to Contract based roles Skills • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing hard-to-fill roles • Experience recruiting in at least one of these areas: Tech startups (engineering, product, AI/ML, or early-stage 0→1 talent), Government/defense contracting with cleared roles (Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph, etc.) • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools, plus fluency in the latest sourcing methods and recruiting technology • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and candidate engagement • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a commission-only, 1099 role with high earning upside • Based in the U.S./or the ability to work US based hours • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to build trusted relationships with both candidates and clients • Candidate should have a Pipeline and strong LinkedIn Network of candidate, able to scale fast • Corporate recruiting background preferred (in-house or RPO), with the ability to adapt to both startup and government/defense environments • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred Benefits • Unlimited earning potential —commission-only (1099) with competitive placement fees. • Flexibility to work remotely and own your pipeline. • Backed by Talent Stack’s branding, advanced tools, and client partnerships.
