What you'll be doing: Responsible for working closely with the Program Manager and the Field Account Executive to coordinate the implementation of managed programs and to communicate the program requirements at a detail level. Supports Account Services Managers in the development & execution of all program/client collateral and web initiatives. • Supports the Account Services Manager (ASM) in maintaining client relationships, working in partnership with the field sales organization, while supporting internal ASM for accounts. Promotes teamwork, accountability and strong communication within the department and across support teams that they work with. • Working with the ASM responsible to ensure programs meet targeted expectations for sales forecasts, projected margins, SKU count, marketing plans, and media budgets and participates in the forecasting and budgeting process for their accounts. This position will shadow ASM's in internal management of projects, inventory management of accounts, marketing direction and overall customer service. • In addition, this position maintains ongoing knowledge of internal systems & processes, addresses operational procedures relative to client requirements. This position supports the development and distribution of client related and internal reporting needs. • Supports the team in coordinating and communicating information relevant to catalog production, database population, copy editing, product and department sorting, routing and other projects functions. Involved heavily in proofing eStores & print pieces, tracking down samples, and executing logistics. • Supports the ASM by assisting with activities related to client events and meetings, including tradeshows, site sales prep, kitting and fulfillment projects, item selections, client business reviews and other events related to specific client's needs. What's needed- Basic Qualifications: • 2+ years of project management, merchandising, program development, marketing or related business experience. • Strong "business" communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions. • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines. • Requires solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What's needed- Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
